The process
Four steps to
your spot
Submit an application
Your name, Instagram, phone number, and preferred dates. Takes two minutes.
Portfolio review
We review your Instagram. If it's a good fit, we'll reach back within 48 hours to discuss availability.
Confirm your dates
Guest day rate is $100 + HST. Payment due before your first session.
Artist area access
Approved guests get access to the artist dashboard — your schedule, a profile on the site, and other features.

What to
expect
$100 + HST per guest day. Here's everything you need to know before applying.
- Guest day rate is $100 + HST per booked day.
- Payment details will be shared once dates are confirmed.
- The rate covers access to the private studio space and basic supplies for the day.
- The studio is a private, appointment-only space. Guests are expected to maintain that atmosphere.
- You are responsible for bringing your own needles and ink. Basic supplies are available.
- All work done during your guest day remains yours. We may ask to feature it on our platforms with your permission.
- After approval, access to the artist area is granted — manage your schedule and optional public profile from there.
Good work, clear communication, mutual respect. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, and what we expect from guests.
- Life happens — just let us know as early as possible if something comes up.
- A heads-up in advance makes it easy to adjust for everyone.
- Same goes for us: if something changes on our end, we'll reach out right away to sort it out together.
We work with people we trust. Mutual respect and a quick message is all it takes.
